Blueberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Delightfully delicious...took to large group women's bible study and it was totally consumed with request for recipe from volunteer caterer.

Kung Pao Chicken
Delightfully delicious.One of my Asian friends' favourite dishes. I've substituted shrimp but chicken is preferred.

Roasted Pear Salad
The salad ingredients were great but no one enjoyed the dressing as it was too mushy.
