Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
These cookies are amazing and I don't usually love chocolate chip cookies. I used salted butter and just cut the added salt in half and it tasted great. Maybe I don't even need the extra salt but I don't want to change anything since they taste so wonderful already. I also chill them for about an hour or more before baking and in between batches and I cook them for at least 17 min. They are never never flat - just big chewy and perfect. Thanks for the yummy recipe that has now become our staple treat.
