High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
I can not tell you how easy this was and how delicious it was! The hardest part was leaving the oven closed for the 2.5 hrs as the odor teased me! I embellished with onion powder and garlic powder in addition to salt and pepper! My picky family ranted, raved and devoured!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
So incredibly easy and soooo delicious. Might as well make a double batch! I didn't find it necessary to take the chicken out at the 5 hr mark, I did this step just before serving, while setting the table and making a salad.
