Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
Awesome! Made this for Thanksgiving dinner and EVERYONE LOVED it! Only changes I made were adding the 1/2 c of milk (very glad that I did) and I didn't have bread crumbs so I crushed up ritz crackers instead. YUM!

Simple Whole Roasted Chicken
This was really easy - I followed the directions exactly and the chicken turned out really moist. My husband wasn't the biggest fan - not sure he liked the sweetness but I loved it! I put potatoes in the pan and they were yummy - obviously very greasy but the flavor was great!
