Awesome! I made the recipe exactly, but there was a lot of water left in the casserole dish. Some other reviewers said to squeeze the artichokes first, but i just took the chicken out of the dish as soon as it was finished baking and it was wonderful. Will definatley make again!!!

Best Ever Brisket

Good but not great, did have a nice flavor but I mine wasn't as tender as I would have liked it. Perhaps next time I will sear in a pan or on the grill first, it was missing that crispy outside and tender center that I was looking for.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is the only chocolate chip cookie recipe I will ever use. It's crispy on the outside and sot on the inside, exactly what I was looking for. I hate cake like cookies and was looking for something different, this was so good. I added the tartar like the other review suggusted and was glad I did they looked as good as they taste!!

Tres Leches (Milk Cake)

I've never had tres leches cake before so I'm not sure what it was supposed to taste like but it was bland and milky.

Ratatouille

I made a few changes but really loved this recipe. I sauteed all the veggies together for about 10 minutes then put them in a cassarole dish, I didn't bother to layer them. I also used canned tomatoes and added chicken sausage to it and all my step kids loved it. Really easy and simple to make. This one's a keeper!!!

I'm sorry I just dont think this was very good. If you want a sugar cookie with sweet icing and fruit this is the recipe for you.

I make this recipe all the time its always a crowd pleaser. Even in the winter when I don't have the grill I double the amount of marinade add veggies and bake it in the oven, then spoon it all over rice

Marinated Tuna Steak

this is a great recipe-but take note not to overcook the tuna. the center should be pink, overcooked tuna is dry and flavorless. this recipe goes well with the orange rice featured on this website.

Slow Cooker German-Style Pork Roast with Sauerkraut and Potatoes

I made this and really enjoyed it. The only thing I added was a couple of bay leaves. Great flavor--makes great ruben sandwiches with the leftovers!

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

Amazing! If your frosting is turning out too thick you either need to add more milk or you have not beat it for the full three minutes. I have made this many times and this is the perfect amount for a 9 inch two layer cake, could scale it back a bit for cupcakes you will have a lot left over. Love this recipe and will make it many more times!

Classic Spanish Sangria

If you have had authentic Sangria this does not measure up. I made this recipe because I had everything on hand however, there was too much rum for my taste and was lacking in flavor. With a little doctoring up, with sprite and a simple syrup it was pretty good but next time will try another recipe.

Bacon and Tomato Cups

I thought these were great, I didn't have a muffin tin so I just made the dough into a ball and used my thumb to make an indent to fill. Everyone loved them.

Maryland Crab Soup

This recipe is close but needs a little help. I cubed up some beef to add to the soup and instead of adding the vegetables recomended I used frozen soup mix of vegetables. That gives you the okra, corn, green beans which are more traditional of maryland crab soup.
