Snickerdoodles II
I made these last week and they were fantastic! I did substitute margarine for the 1 cup of shortening that the recipe called for and they can out perfect!

Easy Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
I just love this recipe! I make it once a week now and I don't even bother with store bought hummus. I add a little bit of olive oil as others have suggested and it comes out just wonderful.
