So delicious. The sesame oil added great flavor. Not overpowering at all. Used fresh spinach, which really makes a difference. May add some super thin sliced onions next time, but only out of personal preference. This recipe needs no help at all. Perfect just as it is.

Added two cloves of garlic to the avocado mix as well as 2tblsp olive oil. Also added a layer of fresh basil between the tomato & cheese layer. Used white Italian cheese blend rather than Monterey Jack. This was absolutely delicious. Boyfriend was grabbing bites between records while making a mix. Probably got oil on some records, but he said for this pizza it was worth it.

I didn't use all of the watermelon called for. It was just too much. As it is any more watermelon flavor would have overpowered the rest. Also left out the blueberries. But all in all this was fabulous!
