Hi! My name is Katie. A little about me? I am 25 years old, I'm married to the sweetest husband (and bravest taste-tester). I have 2 cats and am a retail manager. I love to cook with beans, rice, veggies and fruit! Every holiday season, my family enjoys potato pancakes (only how mom can make 'em) with applesauce or sour cream! I have created bon-bons that are popular throughout both sides of the family and at our work places- people pay me to make them!! Sadly, I am not the greatest baker. I once burned from-the-box brownies! But baking IS my favorite thing to do!
