Risotto with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Mozzarella
This was ok, but with all the tasty ingrediants I expected more. Could have been my technique since this was my first attempt at risotto.

Strawberry Shortcake
I love the slightly sweet, biscuit-like texture of this shortcake. In addition to being delicious, it has an old-fashioned, wholesome feel that makes me really enjoy ending a meal with it.

Broccoli Cheese Bake
I like the combination of swiss and broccoli in this recipe. Also good with sausage and/or potatoes added.
