My whole family loves this recipe. I have used bone in and boneless. We prefer bone in, but they're both amazing. I also stir fry some sliced onions after removing the pork chops before adding the sauce. MAKE EXTRA SAUCE! It's soooo good!

Broccoli and Ramen Noodle Salad

Great salad! Didn't have the green onions so substituted red and it was great! I had been looking for a broccoli salad with this exact flavor after having it at a Christmas party once. Thank you, thank you!

Orange Chicken

Pretty good! If you really want a good orange flavor, though, I would suggest adding more zest. I did and was glad I did. My mother didn't and hers didn't have a lot of orange flavor.

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

Excellent! The BEST chicken enchiladas I have ever ate. That includes all restuarant ones. The only modification I made was to process the cottage cheese with the sour cream in my food processor so there weren't any curds. My husband who hates cottage cheese and sour cream didn't even know that is what it was! (I didn't tell him either...hehe). Definately our new favorite!

Chicken Noodle Casserole

This recipe was just okay. After all of the work I put into it, I expected something really good, but it just tasted like chicken helper or something. It had okay taste, just kinda bland.

Waikiki Meatballs

This recipe is absolutely wonderful! I made a couple of adjustments, however. I added about 1/4 c of ketchup to the sauce making it more similar to other sweet and sours I've made before and I added half of a pepper instead of 1/3. Also, I added chopped onion. I stir fried them in a pan alone and added the sauce mix to that. I baked the meatballs as other's suggested and then added them to the sauce mix! Wonderful! Even my 6 year old son loved them!

Cooking Light magazine's Mexican Chicken Casserole

This was a very good recipe. Next time I make it, I may try flour tortillas instead of corn. But I didn't think it tasted bland at all. The sauce had plenty of spice to it from the enchilada sauce. Those who had to add more garlic and such must have a dull tongue! lol My 5 and 2 year olds loved it as well.

Baked Potato Soup I

The BEST potato soup I've ever had! I tastes much like Panera Bread's potato soup recipe! But I think it may be better than that! Had many compliments at dinner. Even my 4 year old son said "This is the best stuff I've ever had!"

Alfredo Light

This was wonderful! My husband and my 3 year old son loved it! I didn't have skim milk in the fridge so I just used 2% and used half an onion instead of a whole one. Great recipe! Will be making again!

Chicken Fried Chicken

Very good! I added a little more pepper than this recipe called for and also just some table salt. I also had to add a lot more oil than the recipe called for, but I had very large chicken breasts so that may have been why. Anyhow, overall, the flavor was wonderful! My husband and 2 year old son loved it!
