Cheesy Quinoa Pilaf with Spinach
This was my first time making quinoa and I'll be using this recipe again! I used pine nuts & parmesan cheese than I had left over from a batch of pesto. So yummy and super easy! Great recipe!

Spinach Bars
I loved this! I only had 3 cups of cheese which was just enough and I used non stick cooking spray instead of butter. This is nice because it's not too eggy, I really wasn't in the mood for a quiche or a fritatta so this was perfect. I am definetly going to add more mushrooms next time but other than that no changes need to be made. Wonderful recipe! I'll be making it again!

My Best Clam Chowder
AWESOME! Super easy and really tasty. The only change I made to the original recipe was using a bottle of clam juice to cover the veggies. The vinegar does make the soup! DELISH!
