Cherry Pie III
This pie filling was EASY to do. I used regular cherries right off the tree (not bing) so you can use any cherry. I followed the instructions for the filling and it tasted GREAT! I did however cheat and put the cherry pie filling into pre made tart shells. YUM!!

Pumpkin Muffins II
This muffin is Delicious!! Just like in the coffee shops!! I did tweak it a little 1. Instead of 3 cups of white flour, I only added 2 cups of white flour and 1 cup of whole wheat 2. Instead of 2 cups of white sugar I added 1 cup of white and 1 cup of brown 3. I used 2-14oz cans of pumpkin puree instead of making my own 4. I halved the spices...if you don't like cloves..don't use the spice! I only used cinnamon and some nutmeg. Taste the recipe as you add the spice...it won't kill you 5. I added 1 cup of nuts and 1 cup of raisins. 6. This recipe will make 2 dozen muffins or 1 dozen muffins and 1 loaf. My kids thought that these muffins were delicious...even with the nuts! I will definitely be making this again!!!

Lighter Banana Muffins
I make ALOT of muffins and these were by far the BEST ever banana muffins. I used 4 very ripe bananas, 1/2 cup sugar and added choc chips and walnuts. I also used my silicone muffin cups so the muffins came out REALLY easy.
