Banana Pancakes I
We used these for an after school snack. We spread them with frosting, strawberry jam and coolwhip, and they were great! My banana hater just ate his plain. Just a note on some previous reviews: Firstly, if your pancake is mushy inside it is probably because you undercooked it. Secondly, if you are going to rate a recipe, you should actually TRY the recipe before you doctor it totally up, then you stand a chance of knowing what it was you didn't like or could have liked better. Thirdly, look closely, the recipe does not call for any baking SODA.
