Whipped Hot Chocolate
This was far too rich for my liking, but when we cut it half and half with regular milk it was really yummy. One reviewer described it as hot melted chocolate ice cream. That description is right on!

Homemade Pudding
This was quick, easy and yummy. I did end up with a few cooked bits of egg, so I'll be more careful about that in the future, but the flavor of the pudding more than made up for it!

Microwave Peanut Butter S'Mores
We made these without peanut butter and they worked wonderfully! We can make four at a time in our microwave, and with a family of seven that is important.
