Thank you, Tigerdyr, for the modifications. I didn't add garlic, but I did use chicken broth and chopped tomatoes, cinnamon and cumin. With the feta cheese and lemon juice, this dish was awesome! My hubs gave it a 9 on a scale of 10, and that's saying something for someone who is very picky about how he likes his spinach prepared!:-) And, thanks Kathy W., for the original recipe. :-)

These rolls are so awesome! Keeping an eye on them in the oven is important, but is worth the effort.
