Broccoli Cheese Soup

This is a great soup for using Velvetta cheese! I was hesitant to make it as I didnt want it to taste fake but the consistance was perfect. I did use fresh broccoli.

Crab Rangoon III

I did add more crab then called for in the first batch and they tasted much better the second batch when I added more cream cheese to my mixture. I will try the next time without the water chestnuts.

Bacon Wrapped Pork Medallions

I did cook the bacon a bit too much before placing on the pork as a lot of it broke. This recipe had great flavor and very impressive for guests.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Who would have thought Root Beer? Didnt even taste it as I thought there would of been more flavor of it but it still tasted great! I didnt toast the buns but will the next time. I usually dont like slow cooker recipes but it is nice to have dinner ready when you come home!

Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas

Great easy recipe. I did tweak a bit. I used frozen whole corn, added diced chicken and used chipolte chili instead of the red peper flakes. Had a nice crunch to the tortillas and was great with sour cream. Served with black bean rice.

I pretty much followed this receipe except for the types of cheeses. I usually use cheese ends for more flavor. The eggs really makes this mac and cheese very thick.

Chicken a la King I

What a great tasting dish that can be served many ways. I used fresh mushrooms and didnt have pimentos on hand. Served over rye toast with cranberry sauce. Would be great over wide noodles or rice.

Yummy!! Didn't think Stuffed Cabbage could be so good! I just about doubled the recipe and used red onion. Maybe would add some garllic next time.

Brown Sugar Brownies

I doubled the recipe and used 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup white sugar and baked in a 9x13 for about 25 minutes. I did add chocolate chips to the top of the batter prior to baking. They were excellent! Very eay and all the ingredients on hand.
