Broccoli Cheese Soup
This is a great soup for using Velvetta cheese! I was hesitant to make it as I didnt want it to taste fake but the consistance was perfect. I did use fresh broccoli.

Famous Butter Chicken
Moist chicken! Great easy recipe with all ingredients that you have on hand.

Crab Rangoon III
I did add more crab then called for in the first batch and they tasted much better the second batch when I added more cream cheese to my mixture. I will try the next time without the water chestnuts.
