I have to eat gluten free so most of my favorite things to cook are recipes I'm trying out and making gluten free. I enjoy creating gluten free meals and dishes that nobody can tell are just that. I made a delicious gluten free apple pie not to long ago that blew me off my feet. Maybe it's because it's been so long since I've had apple pie or maybe it just really was that good. Whichever it is, I'll be making it again soon.
