Mango Gazpacho
This was both beautiful, delicious, and unique. I've had several Gazpacho's before, but never one quite like this. I will definitly make it again.

White Chocolate Fruit Tart
This was fantastic! I didnt have a tart fan so I used a spring foam pan and it worked perfectly. I made it for a friends birthday party and they fought over the leftovers. I will definitly make it again!n Super easy, came out prettier then the store versions, a definite keeper.

Beef Bacon Rolls
I made this for a party and it was a big hit. The recipe called for to much butter but otherwise it was perfect. I will definitly make again.
