Beer Cake I
This recipe is sooo versatile! I made it with pumpkin spice pudding and cranberry lambic beer, both of which are in season right now in New Hampshire. I also tossed in a cup of chopped frozen cranberries. Delicious!

Red Potato Salad
I made this over the weekend. DBF said, "Now when I ask for potato salad, THIS is the recipe I want." Enough said! This recipe delivers all it promises and more. I can't wait to make it again!

GG's Bulgur Salad
I think the basic recipe is very good. I didn't have the exact ingredients and I substituted for the cheese and lettuce. The dressing was very sweet, in our opinion, so that's something for me to fiddle with. Conceptually, though, this recipe is going in the Keeper file. Thank you for sharing!
