Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Was not as tender as I would like, I don't know why?? With the reviews I am thinking I did something wrong. I will try adding a few veggies next time. Will try again

Fresh Fruit and Yogurt Ice Pops
I used blackberries, raspberries and bananas. Delicious! Next time I will try leaving out the sugar. Thanks!

Asian Roll Lettuce Wrap
Very GOOD! I also just fried up the ground turkey rather than making meatballs. Next time I will tone the ginger down just a bit. I also added a bit of chile sauce to the dipping sauce. Delicious!!
