This is amazing!!!!! I could not wait for it to finish cooking before I tasted it. I added 1 tsp white pepper a can of green chilis a can of corn and I also used green enchalada sauce instead of red. WOW!!!! I could eat this for days!!!

Nice Thai taste. I would cut the PB down next time. Not spicy at all, needs a kick of diced jalepenos. GREAT OVERALL!!!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Ok I have to admit I made quite a few changes to this but is was outragously wonderful! I used Jack Daniels BBQ sauce instead of ketchup (did not have any) I also used Minute Rice instead of crackers...same reason... In addition I added 1TBSP chopped garlic, 1/4 cup bacon bits and 1TSP Oregano. I always add 1/2 can of cheddar cheese soup the the mixture and the other 1/2 can to the top. (family recipe) you can omit the milk if you add the cheese soup!

I used Beef Consumme by mistake (don't know the difference??) I also used 1/8 cup white wine and 1/8 cup Cream Sherry. Very Very Good. Sherry is the perfect compliment to any beef or mushroom dish. Only cooked for 25 minutes and it came out absolutly perfect and ever so tender. thanks

Easy Dreamy Pie. Reminds me of a frozen Peanut Butter Cup. I used non fat milk, fat free cool whip, and low fat cream cheese. This pie is plush!

Honey Garlic Ribs

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2001
These are great I have made them many times with rave reviews from my family. I use baby back ribs and boil them for 2 hours the day before. When I take them out of the water I marinate the ribs in the sauce overnite. Then throw them in the oven. Talk about melt in your mouth good!!!! I am trying it with chicken this evening. I know it will be great!
