Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

I really liked this and it was very simple. I think it needs bacon stuffed inside it. But that is just me and my obsession with bacon. ha ha

Elegant Scalloped Potatoes

Holy Smoke! This was AMAZING! I doubled this recipe for a big BBQ we were having and it was a smash hit. I used red potatoes and 2 whole pounds of Velveeta. There was a lot of potatoes left over but I am glad I doubled it since we have been munching on this for left overs! Thank you for sharing!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

I use meatballs instead of the beef suggested in the recipe. Only due to the fact that my kids love meatballs. It turned out really nice although I had to add plenty of water towards the end as the sauce was soaked up by the meatballs. super delish!

I could make this over and over again and never get tired of it. I do use lime juice instead of lemon and I omit the oil to reduce fat content. I get many compliments on this recipe.....thanks

I was not happy with the taste of this. I won't knock it, I just won't be making it again. I was really disappointed as all the ingredients sounded great...they just did not pull together well for me.

Penne in Vodka Cream

YUM, this was fabulous. I pan fried some pancetta and added it to the dish at the very end. I do think I will double the red pepper flakes as suggested by other users as well. Great Simple Recipe! I also double this recipe to ensure I can feed everyone and have leftovers.

Cream of Chicken with Wild Rice Soup

Loved the flavor. I shredded 6 chicken breasts, accidentally dumped the water it cooked in..so I added extra bullion and new water. I also added Cream of Sherry, some red pepper flakes and I think I will double the rice next time. Over all, LOVED it. Will make this one again!

Ten Minute Chipotle Spiced Beef and Bean Chili

Great Recipe!!!! The only alterations I made where I used Ground Turkey, added 8oz of tomato sauce and one extra pepper. Freaking Delish!!!!! I think I will double this next time. Thank you so much for sharing!
