Roasted Garlic

I followed these directions and baked the garlic for 20 min, then an additional 20 and it still was not done. I will wrap it in foil next time to see if that helps.

Followed this recipe and it turned out perfect. I did use turkey bacon instead of regular bacon and the kids loved it. When they ask for it again you know its a winner!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

This recipe ROCKS!!! I baked it in the oven following the directions to the "T". Took it out of the oven and placed in a crock pot to maintain the gooey warmness and it worked like a charm! I cannot tell you how many raves reviews this recipe gets...It is unbelievable!! Crock pot is a must to keep it warm and gooey! Tortilla Chips are a must! ****Additional note. If you double this recipe I had to cut the mayo down to 1.5 cups to capture the same flavor as the original single recipe.

Elegant Scalloped Potatoes

Holy Smoke! This was AMAZING! I doubled this recipe for a big BBQ we were having and it was a smash hit. I used red potatoes and 2 whole pounds of Velveeta. There was a lot of potatoes left over but I am glad I doubled it since we have been munching on this for left overs! Thank you for sharing!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

I use meatballs instead of the beef suggested in the recipe. Only due to the fact that my kids love meatballs. It turned out really nice although I had to add plenty of water towards the end as the sauce was soaked up by the meatballs. super delish!

I could make this over and over again and never get tired of it. I do use lime juice instead of lemon and I omit the oil to reduce fat content. I get many compliments on this recipe.....thanks

YUM, this was fabulous. I pan fried some pancetta and added it to the dish at the very end. I do think I will double the red pepper flakes as suggested by other users as well. Great Simple Recipe! I also double this recipe to ensure I can feed everyone and have leftovers.
