Ironic that I had every ingredient minus the tahini. I added 1 TBSP toasted sesame seeds to make up for that. This was my first time making hummus and I think I hit the jackpot with this recipe! I served this with tiny pretzels! Thank you!

Parmesan Garlic Bread

I omitted the garlic salt and doubled all the other seasonings, I also grilled the bread on the grill, first grill the flat side of a length wise sliced loaf. Flip it over and add the butter\seasoning and finish grilling. Great taste.

Wild Rice Salad

I found a precooked wild rice here in Nevada at the local Trader Joe's. Worked great and cut all that time off. Was great served it on whole wheat crackers.

Scallop Scampi

I am torn on this recipe. The taste was great but the presentation was weak. I like to have both. I think I will stick to my regular scampi recipe.

Orzo and Tomato Salad with Feta Cheese

I loved this, served it with grilled Mahi Mahi and grilled onions. I omitted the olives, I think I will add a little more lemon juice next time. Just my preference though!

WOWZERS! Yum. I used ground turkey omitted the green peppers and used 12 leaves of fresh basil and also went with the 1 TBSP brown sugar. HOT this was delish! Love it!

WOWZERS! Yum. I did not have stewed tomatoes so I used diced tomatoes with green chilies. I used ground turkey omitted the green peppers and used 12 leaves of fresh basil and also went with the 1 TBSP brown sugar. This was delish! Love it!

Melanie's Panchetta Penne in Vodka Cream

YUM, this was fabulous. I pan fried some pancetta and added it to the dish at the very end. I do think I will double the red pepper flakes as suggested by other users as well. Great Simple Recipe! I also double this recipe to ensure I can feed everyone and have leftovers.

Roasted Garlic

I followed these directions and baked the garlic for 20 min, then an additional 20 and it still was not done. I will wrap it in foil next time to see if that helps.

Fettuccini Carbonara

Followed this recipe and it turned out perfect. I did use turkey bacon instead of regular bacon and the kids loved it. When they ask for it again you know its a winner!

Elegant Scalloped Potatoes

Holy Smoke! This was AMAZING! I doubled this recipe for a big BBQ we were having and it was a smash hit. I used red potatoes and 2 whole pounds of Velveeta. There was a lot of potatoes left over but I am glad I doubled it since we have been munching on this for left overs! Thank you for sharing!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

I use meatballs instead of the beef suggested in the recipe. Only due to the fact that my kids love meatballs. It turned out really nice although I had to add plenty of water towards the end as the sauce was soaked up by the meatballs. super delish!
