Best Ever Chicken Casserole
Yummy! After I had already started making this, I found out that my Hubby had eaten all of our Corn Flakes! So I improvised and used herb flavored stuffing. I was glad I did - I think it added a dimension to the flavor that Corn Flakes just wouldn't have. I also added a handful of shredded cheese (the Mexican 4-cheese blend) in the mix and another handful on top, under the extra stuffing. The crust came out crunchy and delicious! I will definitely be making this again - with the stuffing! (Oh, I also left out the water chestnuts - just not a big fan...and I used a smaller dish - it was too thin in the large one.) Enjoy! I know we did! :-)

Easter Breakfast Casserole
Great casserole! I used about 1/2 the package of shredded hash browns, 4 eggs and 1 cup of egg beaters, one cup of milk, closer to 2 cups of cheese, and turkey sausage instead of bacon. Came out delicious! Thanks! :-)

Breakfast Pizza I
This was SO GOOD! Out of 5 stars, I'd say it's about a 10! I used a quiche pan to avoid spills. One can of (reduced fat) crescent rolls completely covered the bottom and up the sides. (Don't forget to grease the pan first!) I pre-cooked the crust for 5 minutes, but won't next time - it was a bit over cooked in the end. To lighten it up a little, I used low fat sausage and egg substitute, and no one knew the difference. I also lightly pre-cooked the hash browns and added some roasted red peppers -they were the perfect compliment! I will definitely be making this again, and again, and again! (My picky eater teenage son even went back for thirds! -but he did pick out the roasted peppers :) Thanks for a Terriffic recipe!!! mmmmmmmmm
