Applesauce Oat Cake
This was ok, next time though I am going to use butter instead of the shortening and add in some ginger and allspice for some added flavor. Also as another mentioned will be using cream cheese icing or maybe caramel icing.

Paul's Pumpkin Bars
These are perfect just as they are, no real nead to adjust or change anything. I use this recipe exclusivly in my bakery.
