Olive oil pastas, grilled chicken and seafood. Easy and light desserts. Famous Sangria.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Our Thanksgiving Dinner. Our family's recipes have handed down for generations. We especially love our dressing. It is a bread dressing but looks like a bread pudding with gravy and all. Yum!

St. Louis Pork Steaks
While this recipe is good, The Old St. Louis South Side way is to partially grill the porksteaks then transfer to a beer and bbq sauce. Simmer till the meat comes off the bone. Porksteaks can be tought otherwise Our family has prepared porksteaks this way for 3 generations.
