Baked Mango-Ginger Swordfish
The fish was moist and tasty, in contrast to how swordfish can often be. An excellent recipe.

Tofu Parmigiana
It tasted pretty good, but the breading didn't stay on for me at all. Not even before putting it into the oil. I'd love to know what I was doing wrong.
