Cube Steak Parmesan
I made this last night and it is great! I ground my cracker crumbs coarse and I think I liked it better this way. I served it with angel hair pasta tossed with butter and parmesan cheese.

Steak and Rice
Good recipe!! A bit on the soupy side but very flavorful. I added red pepper as well as the green pepper. I will make this again, cutting back on the water next time.

Grilled Garlic Potatoes
I took these tailgating so I mixed everything in a bowl ahead of time. I agree with the other reviews...be sure to spray your foil with pam first, I didn't and quite a few potatoes stuck. Very tasty and easy to prepare.
