Macaroni and Cheese V

THis was really good. I added chopped tomatoes and used a mix of cheddar cheese and colby cheese.

Apple Raisin French Toast Strata

Very good. One complaint was that it was a little soggy. I used butter pecan syrup in place of the maple.
