Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak
This was a good recipe. I didn't use the crockpot. I used an electric skillet, turned out great. I did add another package of au jus mix (followed the directions on the back of the package) This cut down on the salteness of the sauce a little.
My kids didn't like the onion because the meat cooked faster in the skillet the onion stayed a little hard.
Other than that this recipe was a keeper.
