Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Super cookie. I always make chocolate chip cookies and I tried these for a change. My family ate the whole batch very quickly. Very good cookies. Can't say it enough.

Butter Cream Frosting II

Perfect! I used butter and Crisco with great results. It makes the right amount too. No extra vat of frosting to use up. I have finally found what I was looking for!! Thanks!

Easy Ice Cream Sandwiches

So easy and cool. My son loved these instead of a cake for his 10th birthday. I rolled the edges in sprinkles and m & m's. Yummy. A real keeper.

I am very very picky about my chocolate frosting. This is really the best I have had! There is a great grocery store near us and we usually get their chocolate cake (which has won awards). It taste just like it. It is as dense or as light as you would like to make it. Just adjust the milk. I put in 3/4 cup instead of the full cup. I like my frosting thicker. OUTSTANDING.
