Why in the world did I ever make anything different? Super easy, super good. I made it a day ahead and one thing off the list for thanksgiving day!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
Super cookie. I always make chocolate chip cookies and I tried these for a change. My family ate the whole batch very quickly. Very good cookies. Can't say it enough.

Butter Cream Frosting II
Perfect! I used butter and Crisco with great results. It makes the right amount too. No extra vat of frosting to use up. I have finally found what I was looking for!! Thanks!
