Easy Southwestern Salad Dressing

Easy and delicious! I grilled chicken tenders, sprinkled with southwest seasoning, tossed with mixed greens, white corn, jack/cheddar cheese, and baked tortilla strips. The dressing really brought the salad together - Thank You!

AMAZING! So easy and very tasty - a crowd pleaser. I used thin spaghetti (personal preference) and I added chopped cilantro to finish it off.

Peanut Butter Apple Dip

Delicious! My 7 year old made this for our picnic. We served it with a variety of apples, graham crackers, pretzels and shortbread cookies. All ages will love this dip!

Creme Brulee French Toast

Incredible! I used Hawaiian Sweet Bread - the round one. I just sliced it and included crust and all. I did not have any Grand Marnier; so I doubled the vanilla. Everyone loved it. Thank you for a wondeful, easy recipe!

Feta Chicken

5 stars for EASY, Healthy, and AMAZING! I used light feta (plain) and added fresh basil and sun dried tomatoes - very flavorful. Family members loved it. I served it with angel hair pasta tossed with fresh garlic, basil, lemon and olive oil. Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Mango Gazpacho

Superb! The flavors are amazing. The cilantro and jalapeno are a must. I just used a regular cucumber and seeded it. I may add chopped jicama next time. Thanks so much for the light, great recipe.

One of the BEST side dishes ever. Very colorful and full of flavor. You can use leftover salad (if you have any!) in a tortilla wrap - delicious.

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

Amazing!!! I doubled the recipe for a party and came home with nothing, except compliments. I chopped 1 1/2 bars of ghiradelli white chocolate, because I perfer chunks to chips. I also added 6 oz. chopped Macadamia nuts. I didn't have brandy; so I used rum like other reviewers suggested. Thank you Diane for sharing an incredible cookie recipe - my new FAVORITE.
