Sweet and Spicy Stir Fry with Chicken and Broccoli
We followed this recipe exactly as stated, except we doubled the sauce. (Hoisin, chili sauce, soy sauce, and the chicken broth). Everyone absolutely loved it. This is my favorite stir fry recipe now!!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
I followed the recipe exactly. It was absolutely delicious. It did need more time in the freezer though. I would suggest 6 hours in the freezer instead of the 2. After serving each piece, I drizzled a little bit of chocolate over the top. It looked wonderful and tasted just as good!

Asian Chicken with Peanuts
I followed the recipe exactly. I even added the optional sesame oil which I think it definately needed. We thought it was delicious. Next time I will replace some of the red pepper with broccoli. Other than that, it was great!
