Pecan Pie Muffins
Fabulous. These go quickly. With 5 ingredients, it seems impossible to screw these up. :)

Mom's Chocolate Meringue Pie
Excellent. I had no problem with it being too runny, as other reviewers seem to have had. Fantastic taste.

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls
I'm sorry. I thought this was just OK. I may or may not make it again. Maybe my hopes for this dish were too high, especially from reading the reviews. Maybe the chicken should've been marinated in something first - it seemed dry and flavorless, even with the pesto. Thanks anyway.
