chicken kiev! Yum yum! It is hard to get the chicken cooked enough, plus keep the butter in there!

My cooking tragedies

ooo, I have thrown away many burnt cookies and brownies due to the stupid gas oven I have! :P

Southwestern Rice

So good! I didn't even add the last step, just onions, peppers, rice and chicken broth and it was awesome!!
