Balsamic Chicken
Only change I made was to add olive oil to the marinade (about equal parts vinegar and oil) so it wouldn't stick to the grill. Agree with previous reviewer and would make two batches of the marinade next time so we could use one as a sauce. Raves from all around the table!

Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Very tasty, the coating got a bit soggy so I might try to bake on a rack next time. The only thing I would add is that I used a pastry blender to combine the bread crumb mixture so that the onions were smaller and more uniform in size.

Butter Rich Spritz Butter Cookies
The taste is delicious, plus they went through the cookie press perfectly. I mean, perfectly. I used room temperature unsalted butter, and put the dough through the press right away.
