I used green lemon-lime koolaid instead for halloween, and it tasted really good. It was so easy to make! I even threw in a few plastic spiders and snakes when I froze it and I placed a glow stick under the punch bowl that night for an eerie glow!

Make sure you don't use all 2 oz. of the lemon juice, it makes the frosting way too runny. Use about 1 oz. and then add a tiny bit more mixing as you go to get the desired consistency. I followed the recipe to a T and ended up with a drooped center and really runny icing that didn't cover my cake very well. Otherwise, it tastes really good.

I used these in my bridesmaid's tea. Half of the guests liked them and the other half didn't touch them. They are a hard, very heavy bisquit. So if you like bisquits, you will probally like them. They are best with marmalade or jam. Next time I think I will try putting some raisins or other fruit in them.
