Spicy Slow Cooker Black Bean Soup
simply amazing!!! i couldn't find the cayenne, so that was omitted, and i cooked it on low for 10 hours. also, i like it really thick so towards the end i mixed up some corn starch with water and got the consistency i liked. i served each bowl with a dollop of sour cream and salsa and fresh cut cilantro and my family LOVED it!!!
