Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
This was light, fluffy, and moist. I substited 1/8 cup of the white flour with whole wheat flour and it was still delicious!

Pumpkin Bread IV
This was spectacular. The blend of flavours was superb. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil. I also followed the advice of one of the reviewers and substituted some whole wheat flour and rolled oats in place of some of the white flour.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
Excellent!! I substituted crushed pineapple for some of the sugar. It has the perfect balance of flavors.
