Curried Coconut Chicken
fantastic! I used chicken drumsticks instead and added carrots, potatoes, and chickpeas.

Chocolate Zucchini Cake III
I reduced the sugar by half a cup and reduced the oil by half a cup and substituted 1 cup all purpose flour with whole wheat flour. It turned out great. I frosted it with the chocolate sour cream icing also found on all recipes.

Squash Braid
My husband and toddler both love this bread. I've made it twice now. The second time, I substituted 1 cup of whole wheat flour instead of the white flour and it still turned out great!
