Chicken Pot Pie IX
Excellent. This was my first time making a chicken pot pie, so it took longer than the 20 minute prep time. More like an hour prep with a toddler in the kitchen also. I didn't have celery seed and used 2 cups frozen mixed vegetable just adding them to the chicken after the chicken had cooked. The veggies had enough time to cook in the pie. I also pre-baked my bottom crust for about 6 minutes in about 400 degree oven. I used a pre-made pie crust for it. Other change I made was used seasoned salt instead of the regular salt. I used all the same amounts that were called for in the recipe. It tasted great, i was really surprised because chicken pot pie is not a huge favorite, I just made it for my husband. But I brought leftovers for lunch today!

Colorful Fried Rice
I haven't made fried rice before and i had some left over cooked white rice from takeout the night before. It was really easy and tasted great. Made it exactly as stated.
