This is an extremely easy recipe to make and tastes so good.
Broil Salmon fillets with a pat of butter or margarine on each fillet, add pepper and garlic salt. Broil for approx. 15 minutes.
Take two mangos and dice into chunks and add 10-15 grape sized tomatoes, cut in half, saute with one half red onion in olive oil. Combine all and top your salad with the salmon and mango dressing and cucumber and drizzle with raspberry vinagrette! Delish!!!
