Pickled Hot Peppers
A very simple and easy recipe. I use it to pickle banana peppers from my garden. I never seem to get enough peppers to do large batches so I scale down this recipe to do one jar at a time and then I refrigerate shortly afterward. Sometimes I will cut up new peppers and put them directly in the previous, already being used, jar and it turns out well. Great flavour overall and I hope to plant more next year just so I can use this recipe again and have more!

Flounder Mediterranean
This was an excellent recipe, enjoyed by my family. I took the recommendations of other posters and cooked the fish separately from the sauce and it worked perfectly. The fish was crisp and the sauce was wonderful! My husband, 11 y/o and I loved it. My 11 y/o daughter normally doesn't like fish that much and she ate seconds of this dish and asked for more. My 9 y/o daughter who DOES like fish DIDN'T like this recipe. I plan on making this again.

Best Burger Ever
I have to admit, I omitted the rolled oats because we didn't have any, but even w/o this ingredient, the flavour of this burger surpassed any burger that I have ever made for my family. My husband said it was tasty and my children, 10 & 8, asked for seconds. Very juicy and very tender even when cooked completely through.
