I'm a College Student with a library of cookbooks (Even if I never use any of the recipes) I love to cook, but time and equipment are at a premium in college so I rely mostly on non-perishable foods. Grilled Cheese, Mac 'n' Cheese, Fried Potatoes, Breakfast (When I have the time!) Going for Sunday Dinner at Gramma's House. Entertaining family and friends for Thanksgiving & Christmas Dinners. Preparing lunch for my mother & her co-workers. Memorizing the recipes for the family's favorite dishes. Fixing Mac n' Cheese just like my Gramma's. Making gravy that is a simple White Sauce I learned in Home Ec. Too many to mention.
