Grandma's Meat Sauce
Thanks everyone for the rave reviews! Just wanted to say that like many of you, i've often substituted grounds meats and i've also used ground turkey instead of beef to cut back on the fat, although there is a taste difference when you use turkey instead of beef (not bad at all, but something is definitely lacking).

Sweet Dinner Rolls
Wow! I've tried numerous recipes for dinner rolls and they've always come out like bricks, but these were great! Crusty outside, moist inside. Total hit! Will make again and again!

Chicken Penne Italiano
I followed the recipe as is, but used dehydrated onion and pepper. This was good but i'd probably go a bit heavier on the spices, garlic and onion next time. It was very quick and easy and with a few of my own tweaks next time, i think it will come out better. I'll keep this handy for nights i need something quick.
