Corn Dog Casserole

Wow! We tried this as a joke and it's going into the recipe box. We used real hotdogs. Just make sure you don't overmix the cornbread and watch your time when you're baking it.

Classic Tiramisu

I subbed the mascarpone with 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/4 c. cream (which is what you have leftover from a pint in this recipe-so you'll use it all if you buy that size), and 2 T sour cream. Also subbed the liqueor w/ 1/3 rum as mentioned in here someplace. AWESOME RECIPE. 1 more thing for my friends to ask me to make for their birthday parties. Ha!

Old Bay® All American Barbecue Sauce

Nummy! I followed some of the other reviewers' leads and did a little tweaking with the 1 t. lemon juice and some pepper. I also threw in some Liquid Smoke and hot sauce. Used it on some round steak for BBQ Beef in the Crock-pot & once I shredded the beef, it sucked up all the sauce. Great for sandwiches!

Belles Hamburger Buns

The only thing I *didn't* like about these is that they were a little tough. But next time I'll just knead them for 6 or 7 minutes instead of the 8. This recipe is a keeper!

Two Part Angel Cake

The top part came out tasting like scrambled eggs. I thought I could save it by cutting that layer off, but after an hour or so the bottom part tasted like scrambled eggs too. I made this recipe exactly as stated and it just wasn't any good. My only thoughts were adding more sugar, but I'm not going to try again.

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

WOW these went quick! I followed some user comments and cut the bacon into 4ths. I let them rest in the fridge for an hour or so and cooked them as directed, flipping them halfway through. I'll knock 5 minutes off the cook time next time I make these. Yummy! A keeper.

Kickin' Meatballs

I did a little tweaking to this recipe, too, and it's a neat spin on the everyday meatball! We had them in spaghetti sauce, but I think they'd be better with sweet & sour or BBQ sauce.

Peanut Butter Bars IV

My friend wanted my peanut butter bars for her birthday next week, but *gasp!* I lost the recipe! So I gave these ones a shot, and they're close. Moist w/o being greasy (like my old recipe) and they look nice too! I skipped the chocolate chips and they taste just fine to me. My friend will never know the difference!

Waffles I

The first batch tasted too baking powder-ey, so I added another tablespoon of sugar and another half-teaspoon of vanilla and that fixed them up just fine. These still weren't what I was looking for. All told, though, it's a good 'straight-up' waffle recipe.

WOWSERS!! I have pitched my old chocolate chip cookie recipe and am keeping this one! I did 1/2 a batch, and used 12 oz. dark chocolate chips and 6 oz. milk chocolate chips. Absolutely killer cookies!

Mocha Bundt Cake

OK, admittedly I had to mess with this recipe to accomodate what I had laying around. Some of the chocolate I used was dark, so I cut the sugar by 1/4 cup. I don't keep liquor in the house so I used 1 1/2 t. water and tacked on another 1/2 t. vanilla instead of using the rum. BUT this is the first time I made it and MMMMM is it good! This is what chocolate cake is SUPPOSED to taste like!

Mini Italian Meatballs

Good 'all purpose' meatball, great for when you're in a hurry. I just made the meatballs and skipped the sauce, baked them at 350 F for 25 minutes. Also I just shaved down and crushed 2 buillion cubes to cut down the salt a bit. Will make it again.
