This was fantastic. The only change I made was to double the ravioli. Next time I will try it with fresh ravioli and fresh herbs to see if it can get any better!

I made this on the stovetop, as well. It was fantastic! I needed a quick and easy side dish and this was exactly what I was looking for. It makes a ton of cheese sauce. Will be making this again. My 3-year-old is loving it.

Apple Bread

I substituted dried cranberries for the nuts, but otherwise made exactly as written. I didn't think it would turn out because the batter was SO thick it barely came together, but it was perfect. I brought it to brunch at my in-laws and it was devoured before any of the other food was touched!

Really good flavor. I threw in some peanut butter chips. Make sure you grease the pan, though. I forgot, and they were really hard to scrape off, especially because they are pretty crumbly while warm.

Fresh Pear Crisp

I read every review for this recipe thinking it was going to be wonderful. What a disappointment. The crisp was dry, except where the pears boiled over into it and turned it into goo. It didn't have a whole lot of flavor, and most of my dessert loving family ate the ice cream off of the top and left the crisp on their plates. This NEVER happens. What a waste of yummy pears.

Sauceless Garden Lasagna

This was one of the most disappointing recipes I have made on this site. The vinegar was overpowering, it was watery, if a tiny piece of noodle wasn't covered it was hard as a rock. It was nearly impossible to stuff it all into a 9x9 dish, too. Needless to say I will not be wasting good veggies on this again.

This was really delicious, but just a tad too spicy. I made as written, but omitted the chicken. Next time I will cut the chili oil to a tsp and it should be perfect!

This was exactly the recipe I was looking for. The only changes I made were making them (a lot) smaller, cooking for 8 mins, and rolling them in sugar before baking. This is my go-to pb cookie recipe from now on!

As is, the batter didn't have enough liquid to combine, plus it just didn't have a ton of flavor. I added another 1/4 cup milk and some vanilla and they were much better.

Skillet Chicken Cordon Bleu

It was ok. I followed the recipe as is, then tasted it and added pepper and garlic powder. It still needed something after that. Maybe to be thinned out. I used low fat/sodium soup, but it was still really salty.
