Baked Lamb Chops

Recipe was ok but not sure on the temp because my lamb chops were very chewy. I would probably put in lower setting next time to cook slower.

Very tasty, easy to make, had to double it for 3 people. Too sweet for us though any one with a sweet tooth would love this I might lower the brown sugar next time or even add honey instead but then it wouldnt be butterscotch if I did that :) Love the egg in it!

Impossible Pumpkin Pie II

This came out ok, it was not very sweet so for people that dont like it that sweet it works well I would add like low fat whip cream on top. If you want it sweeter try more sugar to recipe. I wanted to make something fast within an hour and this worked out great.

Mom's Yeast Rolls

Came out really gooy, so added more flour maybe that was a mistake, but didnt say it was suppose to be gooy, came out not soft but a bit hard outside soft inside. Was good though, made better loafs instead.
