Pretzel Turtles
These are so easy and SO GOOD! The entire family loved them. I made 1 batch with glazed pecans and another batch with red & green peanut M&M's on top. They were the first thing to be eaten from our Christmas Eve snack table.

Garlic Prime Rib
A definite 5-star recipe. Hubby wanted prime rib this year for Christmas dinner. I had never made it before -- but this turned out perfect! A real hit!
