Incredibly addictive! I made this as a gift for a coworker's birthday. I made it exactly as recipe describes & put it into a cleaned vintage pot lined with plastic wrap. I piled the mix high into the pot and topped with a beautiful bow. She L-O-V-E-D it, and the mix looked really pretty served this way. It made so much there was some left over for the family -- thankfully, since they were fighting each other for what was left!

A real keeper! The only change I made was to add 1/2 tsp coconut extract to the pudding to give it more coconut taste. It was wonderful after Easter dinner!

I made these for the family this Easter. A big hit! The kids love the peanut butter ones while hubby raved about the coconut ones -- so everyone was happy!!!
