Lentil Soup with Lemon
Loved this soup - the lemon juice made it really special. I wanted to add some potatoes next time I make it, so that it would be a little more filling, but my husband doesn't want it changed at all - he said it is perfect as is. Next time I will make it just like this again!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
I made it just as directed, and it was fantastic! It is really cool that the blueberries do not sink to the bottom. This recipe comes together rather quickly. I did use the mini Cusinart to make the topping, and that worked perfectly! I will certainly make this again.
